Purchases on javenexe.com are sales by Javenexe Inc., a Canadian corporation. Short version: you get your files promptly, refunds are honest, and the music is licensed for personal listening. Effective 2026.07.15.
DELIVERY
Digital purchases are delivered by email immediately after payment: secure download links valid for 72 hours, up to 5 downloads per file. Links expired or downloads exhausted? Email us — re-sends are free and quick.
REFUNDS
Digital goods: full refund within 7 days of purchase if something is wrong with the files or the purchase was a mistake — just email us. We may decline obvious abuse (e.g. downloading everything, then requesting a refund), but genuine problems are always made right.
Prices are in USD. Canadian sales taxes (GST/HST) are calculated at checkout where applicable. Refunds include the tax collected.
LICENSE
Purchased music is licensed for personal, non-commercial use — listen anywhere, on any of your devices, forever. It does not transfer copyright and does not include redistribution, resale, or commercial sync/sampling rights. For commercial licensing, email us — we're easy to reach and reasonable.
