WHAT WE COLLECT

Nothing, for browsing. No accounts, no analytics, no advertising trackers, no marketing cookies. Two small settings (a visual-effect toggle and a graphics-quality preference) are stored in your own browser and never leave it.

Order information, for purchases. When you buy something, our payment processor Stripe collects your email address, billing details, and payment card. We receive your email, the items purchased, and the billing country/region (used to apply the correct sales tax). Your card number never touches our systems.

WHY, AND HOW LONG

Order data is used to deliver what you bought (download links are emailed to you), to meet Canadian tax obligations (GST/HST records), and to answer support requests. Tax law requires keeping transaction records for several years; we keep them no longer than required.

WHO PROCESSES IT

Service providers under contract, each receiving only what their job requires: Stripe (payments & tax), Vercel (hosting), Neon (order database), Cloudflare (content delivery), Resend (receipt email). We never sell or share personal information for advertising.

YOUR RIGHTS

Email INFO@JAVENEXE.COM to access, correct, or ask us to delete the personal information we hold about you (deletion subject to records we must keep by law). We answer directly — there is no form, no runaround.
