WHAT WE COLLECT

Nothing personal, for browsing. No accounts, no advertising trackers, no marketing cookies, no cross-site tracking. Two small settings (a visual-effect toggle and a graphics-quality preference) are stored in your own browser and never leave it. We also count page views in aggregate, without cookies, and cannot see who you are. The site contains a few hidden features; finding one reports an anonymous found-it ping — a number goes up; nothing about you is sent, and browsers signalling Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track send nothing at all.

Order information, for purchases. When you buy something, our payment processor Stripe collects your email address, billing details, and payment card. We receive your email, the items purchased, and the billing country/region (used to apply the correct sales tax). Your card number never touches our systems.

Your email address, if you ask for it. The transmission list is double opt-in: nothing is sent until you click the confirmation link. We store your address, where on the site you signed up, and when you asked and confirmed — no IP addresses, nothing else. Transmissions are release announcements only, we never track opens or clicks, and every message carries a one-click unsubscribe honored immediately.

WHY, AND HOW LONG

Order data is used to deliver what you bought (download links are emailed to you), to meet Canadian tax obligations (GST/HST records), and to answer support requests. Tax law requires keeping transaction records for several years; we keep them no longer than required.

WHO PROCESSES IT

Service providers under contract, each receiving only what their job requires: Stripe (payments & tax), Vercel (hosting), Neon (order database), Cloudflare (content delivery), Resend (receipt & transmission-list email). We never sell or share personal information for advertising.

YOUR RIGHTS

Email INFO@JAVENEXE.COM to access, correct, or ask us to delete the personal information we hold about you (deletion subject to records we must keep by law). We answer directly — there is no form, no runaround.
